   Technical Issues: The product file is corrupted or cannot be accessed/downloaded.
   Misrepresentation: The product does not match the description provided on the sales page.
   Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item twice.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind or, “I didn’t like it”.
• The product was already downloaded or accessed.
• The 14-day window has expired.
